會養蝦，只是因為父母愛吃蝦。所以重點就不是成本的考量，也不用養多。1. 首先就是用純海水養殖，雖然長的超慢，但肉質會比較Q彈和鮮甜。2. 再來就是用成本較高的魚肉來養殖，口感會更勝用飼料來餵養。3. 用水泥池＋清水，來養殖蝦 ，這樣吃時，就沒有要把沙筋挑出來的問題。4. 口感超好的蝦，完全不需要沾醬或任何調味。首推燒烤至變紅即可，原始美味更濃縮，絕對超Q彈鮮甜。清蒸也能吃出100%的原始風味。5. 大小為20-30尾/斤※ 因為數量很有限，每包半斤，每人只能限購一斤。可和純海水的台灣鯛合併寄送。
